"This past fall of 2016, CarpenTech Remodeling repaired my front porch and back deck, and I am very pleased and proud of the work. All tasks were performed professionally, with care and pride, yielding a high-quality product and look. He cleaned up the site daily, and in the evening, I could hardly tell he was working because there was no mess around. All work was conducted as explained in the contract. When unforeseen issues arose, they were handled appropriately, with clear explanations of my options and what had happened. These unforeseen issues were discussed as possibilities during the estimate process, so they were not unexpected and remained minor. The fact that he did not nickel and dime me to increase costs or reduce the quality of the work made all the difference. He provided an estimated start date, stuck to it, and completed the job in a timely manner. Additionally, he built some shelving in my garage; although I was uncertain about what I needed, CarpenTech Remodeling offered options for me to choose from, making the decision easier.
